This drawing captures Ayrton Senna in the fast but brutal turbocharged Lotus 98T Renault en route to third place at the Monaco GP in 1986. The Renault turbo in the back of the Lotus was known to deliver its huge power very aggressively and with massive turbo lag, so Senna had to work extra hard to keep the engine on-boost while changing gears manually over 3000 times.

Originally rendered in pencil and pastel by fine artist Mark J Davey, this piece is reproduced using specialst, fine art giclee printing methods.

Limited to 50 numbered examples and is shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist.
