This drawing captures Heinz-Harald Frentzen driving the Arrows A23 during qualifying for the 2002 French Grand Prix at Magny-Cours. Neither Arrows would qualify for their penultimate race in F1, both drivers having lapped deliberately slowly due to a lack of funds to compete in the race.
